Hi everyone. Did you enjoy your summer vacation? And did you go to Starbucks Coffee? You know, of course, Starbucks Coffee, and there may be some Starbucks nearby house or in your town. I like Starbucks, so I will tell you about Starbucks.

The first Starbucks Coffee opened in Seattle, U.S.A, in 1971. In 1989, Starbucks started to sell drink of espresso for the main drink, and people can take out their drinks. So Starbucks became famous and they have opened one after another. Now there are Starbucks in 43 couturiers of the world. The history of the name of the Starbucks consists two. One is Starbo(発掘場) at Mt. Rainier near Seattle, and the other is a name of character of First Officer Starbuck(一等航海士スターバック) at noble The White Whale. Japanese people usually call them スタバ.
There are good interiors, BGM and cleanliness. Partners, sales assistants, are very friendly. So People who visit there want to stay too long.

The first Starbucks opened in Japan is in Ginza in 1996. It was the most fashionable coffee shop in Japan, so it became very popular among young women.
The menu is espresso coffee, tea and others, Frappuccino and foods. The drink of espresso is the main drink and there are sweet drinks and without sweet. You can drink Hot or Iced. Frappuccino is drink of crushed ice. They are all sweet and several Frappuccino are on the whipped cream. And others, tea and green tea and drink for kids. People in wide generation can choose own favorite or suiting drinks.

There are regularly drinks in all seasons, and the limited drinks or foods are on the shop a monthly or a season. So you can try any flavor some times in a year. The size of the drinks are generally short (236ml), tall (354ml), grande (473ml) and venti(591ml). Short size in Japan is same of child size in America. American people drink better than Japanese people, just as I expected.

Do you have a tumbler? I don't have it, but if you have a tumbler, you use in Starbucks please. If you do it, you are given a discount of 20 yen! And moreover it connected with environmental protection!! So any kind of tumbler, not Starbucks, is OK. If you don't have a tumbler, you had better buy it in Starbucks because you can get free drink!

When I was a high school student, I went there with my friends for the first time. I drunk Green Tea Frappuccino, and I was moved very much. Then I went there with my friends, but almost alone two or three times in a month. My favorite drink is iced caramel macchiato, but I often drink Frappuccino recently. I recommend hot cafe mocha because it will became colder from now on. I got some information to talk to there partner. If you know drinks, foods, and other goods, you should talk to them. They surely tell you much information very kindly and friendly.

The reason why I love Starbucks is that there are cozy ambiance compared with other coffee shops and drinks, foods are delicious. I like fashionable decoration, too. Starbucks are the place that you can relax same as your home. If you are tired, hungry, want to relax, talk, or spend alone, please go there. You surely want to come again.

BR 2-01: Maisie and The Dolphin

I read Maisie and The Dolphin. Maisie King lives in the Bahama and she likes pop music, reading and swimming. Her mother and father are doctor and they lives in a blue house by the sea. On Saturdays she and her grandad often go out in his boat. Then she swims underwater and looks at all the beautiful fish. One day she found a piece of wood. She swims back to the boat and helped a dolphin that injured. Two weeks later, she took the dolphin back to the sea. And, the dolphin brought a key. It was the key that Maisie found the piece of wood! There were a lot of money and Maisie family build a hospital and Maisie could have the dolphin in her house. They were all happy at last.

Trip to Okinawa 4 !!

~September 12 ~
The last day of trip to Okinawa came at last. Most of people, who wanted to go, went to 首里城 in early morning. I was interested in it and wanted to go there. So did other people. There were more people there than I expected in spite of early morning. There were top of the hill, so we had to go uphill. We passed a few big red gates and took some pictures.

I found hibiscuses and took a picture one of them. We walked for a short while and reached top. We were happy, but we couldn't to see 首里城 because we had to charge admission fees. However, we had not so much time and it was expensive for us to charge them. So we didn't enter. If I went to came again, I want to enter the inside.

Then we went back to hotel and went to Naha airport soon. There were so many many people there that we had to wait very long time again. We didn't have much time to eat lunch and buy presents because we had to stand in a line to check our bags.

We bought lunch and took into an airplane and ate there. After a few hours, we got to Kumamoto and Kumamoto University.
I enjoyed very much for four days, but I like my home as ever!

Trip To Okinawa 3!!

~September 11~

We went to go first 美ら海水族館 in the morning. I was very looking forward to watching several kinds of fishes in Okinawa because I thought many fishes in Okinawa are colorful and beautiful.

In there we acted on our own for three hours, and we three looked around slowly. There wsd much kind of fishes in there as I expected. For example, Big or small fishes, big lobsters, sharks, flatfishes, jellyfishes, deep-sea fishes and little cute orange fishes like ニモ. So many people in there called "Nimo, Nimo!!" It was a little interesting. Of course, I called ニモ some times.

Before noon, we ate 沖縄そば for lunch for the first time. We had thought that we want to eat and we had heard that they were delicious. But actually, they were like chewing gum and they were tasteless soup and they didn't delicious so much. We stopped eating them halfway.

After lunch, we gathered and went to Pineapple Park. There were many pineapples and we could try samplng them. In this time, they were good. There were so many tourists that they ate them.

Before dinner, we had about only an hour to buy presents, so we looked around in 国際通り as soon as possible. It was short time for us, so I didn't buy them so much. Then we came back to hotel in a hurry.

In the evening, we went to beer garden for dinner. We could eat favorite foods and drinks and we can sing songs, so we grew livelier. There were a lot of other university students in Japan. They also enjoyed. It was the most full day for me to live in 4 days.

Trip to Okinawa 2!!

~September 10~

I probably woke up around 9 o'clock, because I drunk much alcoholic. In the after noon, we went to sea. I watched the sea of Okinawa for the first time, so I was moved. After the changing bikini, we dived the sea. It is more beautiful blue and warmer. We were in high spirits and each swam, beach volley, bask in the sun and so on... until 4.

Then we changed clothes and came back in pension and prepared the BBQ! The BBQ started at 8 o'clock and ate and drunk again. I also enjoyed the second day.

Trip to Okinawa!!

I went to Okinawa from 9 to12 with my badminton companions. The first day, we gathered on the university at 10, and got into a bus then we went to Fukuoka airport. In the afternoon we took the airplane, and we reached Okinawa after one thirty. Then we had to wait in Okinawa airport until 10 rental cars coming us. We had much times, so I and my friends looked around.

Just then I found a restaurant and there is a strange sweet! It is ゴーヤーゼリー入　氷　ぜんざい!! The shaved ice looked unappetizing, we thought We waited two hours! Because the rent-a-car company was not good at their job, we were very tired. We had not much time. We went Sunset Beach separating into nine cars. My car got to there first, but it was 19 o'clock so we didn't see a beautiful sunset.After watching sunset, we separated again and went to eat. I and two friends entered small restaurant. I found appetizing drinks. It looks delicious and they made me hungry so much.
We gathered around 8:30 and went to a pension in Onnamura. We reached there past 10 o'clock and entered the room. The room was for 6 but we three use it. So it was so spacious.At midnight, we were gathered at one room. We were all 40, so I felt cramped. We drunk alcoholic. Then we fall asleep.
